An opportunity to promote your local group, organisation or business to all households in Potton

What is the Town Guide?
Potton Town Council are putting together a Town Guide which will be professionally designed and printed and delivered to all households in Potton. It will also be available online. The last guide was produced in 2006 and is now out of date. The guide will be a reference point of all the community groups, services and organisations in Potton and will also take some paid-for business advertising.
N.B. The Town Council will have the final editorial decision about all content. Photos supplied will be used without any fees paid or credit made.

Community groups, churches and places of education are entitled to have a free listing.

Potton based businesses can take paid-for advertising.

Information Collection – closing date for submissions extended to 26 August 2017.
Editorial Decisions: August 2017
Publication: December 2017

What do I need to do?

Logos

We welcome logos and/or pictures to go alongside your listing. If you would like to send some for consideration please email directly to Jonathan Whitehurst - pottoncouncil@btconnect.com - with your organisation name in the subject header of the email.

Logos should be high quality jpeg or eps format. Hard copies will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to include submissions if the quality is not acceptable for print or if space doesn’t allow.

Adverts will be accepted at the discretion of the Town Council.
