Further proposed housing for Potton

Planning applications for up to 200 more houses in Potton have been submitted to Central Bedfordshire Council.

Application Number 1
Outline Planning Permission – A residential development with all matters reserved except access following the demolition of a detached bungalow (89 Everton Road), involving the erection of up to 30 dwellings including an access road, landscaping and associated ancillary works.

Outline application with all matters reserved apart from access for up to 170 dwellings including affordable housing, green infrastructure, new landscaping, public open space, children’s play space, new roads, car parking, associated infrastructure, including a sustainable drainage system, principal vehicular access to be secured from Sandy Road and a secondary pedestrian, cycle, and emergency access from Sandy Road.
