Update message from Anglian Water

“We would like to reassure customers in Potton, and surrounding areas, that we have been thoroughly investigating the cause of the recent interruptions to their water supply.  Following our investigations, we believe the cause of the problem may be within one of our operational sites and have therefore commenced further testing to locate the possible cause.  As part of this testing process, we will be replacing some of our valves and cables during the next two weeks.  Our network team are leaving nothing to chance, investigating all possibilities as the search for the best solution and confirmation of the cause continues.  Our efforts remain focussed on rectifying the issue as soon as we possibly can and all options will be reviewed thoroughly.  We will ensure our affected customers are informed by sharing a progress update by the end of November.  We know this has been a very frustrating time and would like to express our sincere appreciation to our customers for their patience and understanding while we work to get things back to normal.”
