Potton Benchmarking Survey 2025
Central Bedfordshire Council and Potton Town Council are currently working with local research company People and Places Insight to conduct a Town Centre Benchmarking review of Potton. Town Centre Benchmarking will measure the performance of Potton in terms of:
- Commercial Offer
- Vacancy Rates
- Footfall
- Car Parking
- Business Confidence/ Performance
- Shoppers Origin
The final element is to profile both:
Town Centre Users on why and how they use the Town Centre, their likes and dislikes and what improvements they would like to see made.
and
Non-Town Centre Users on why they do not use the Town Centre and what would potentially attract them
Thus, if you are a Potton Town Centre User or currently do not use Potton, we would like to gather your views and opinions by completing the following 1–3-minute survey: Potton Benchmarking Survey 2025.
A full Town Centre Benchmarking Report will be made available on the Central Bedfordshire Council website in January 2026.
